Item Description

Original Item: Only One Available. This flag is truly fascinating. It “dates” back to the early days of the Kingdom in Prussia and was in use from 1701 to 1750. What makes this flag particularly interesting is that it was likely created during the Pre to Early WWI era, either as a patriotic symbol - similar to how Americans use the "Betsy Ross" flag - or for ceremonial and parade purposes. While the original purpose of the flag remains a mystery, it is a remarkable example of early Prussian history and would serve as an excellent representation of the first flag ever displayed by the kingdom.

This flag is a true beauty, measuring 42 inches in height and 48.5 inches in width, making it one of the smaller sizes used. The flag's header is crafted with high-quality canvas, unmarked and has a hanging ring system running through it, which adds to its overall aesthetic appeal. Despite its age, the flag has been well-preserved and is still in very good condition, with only some minimal age toning and staining on the header, tearing, and holes.

It is truly one of the most attractive flags used by the Kingdom of Prussia and would make a great addition to any collection or display. With its stunning design and historical significance, this flag is sure to impress and captivate anyone who sees it.
